# Skill Estate

Skill Estate is an internal library for `@micro.company` teammates to share reusable AI skills and real examples of what those skills produce.

## Core ideas

1. A **skill** is pasteable instructions (Markdown or plain text).
2. An **example** is something you actually produced with that skill.
3. Visibility is **Private** (owner only), **Micro.co** (any signed-in teammate), or **Public** (anyone with the URL).
4. Agents connect with a **personal token** (or ChatGPT OAuth) and act as that user.
